Job Title: Invoice Validation and Demand Governance Specialist (3-Month Extendable Contract)

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Invoice Validation and Demand Governance Specialist to support our financial operations and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of invoicing practices, and the discipline to ensure rigorous compliance with established processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact program within the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Validation
Review and validate incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms and internal guidelines.
Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all validated invoices and liaise with finance teams as necessary.

Demand Management
Oversee network demand processes, ensuring performance KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
Perform commercial analysis on program rollouts and forecasted demand.
Support the creation of demand responses including Impact Assessments and Demand Specifications.
Govern all network-related demands across internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

Governance and Process Optimization
Contribute to the development and continual improvement of demand governance and invoice validation frameworks.
Design and document standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
Review and refine existing processes to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.

Cross-Charging Oversight
Manage cross-charging processes between key infrastructure partners, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Compliance and Monitoring
Enforce adherence to financial policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
Work with relevant teams to quickly address and resolve compliance issues.

Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, and operational teams to ensure seamless financial and demand-related workflows.
Educate and support internal teams on governance best practices and validation standards.

Reporting and Data Analysis
Prepare and deliver reports on validation activities, compliance performance, and process efficiency.
Utilize data insights to highlight trends, flag potential risks, and propose process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong background in invoice validation, financial governance, or telecom operations.
Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
Experience working with large-scale vendor or demand management frameworks.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Comfortable analyzing complex datasets to inform decision-making.

Are you an experienced Fibre Planner looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a Site Closure Fibre Planner to support major network rationalisation and site closure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Planning: Ensure site closures have minimal service impact and align with planned outage windows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and external engineers to meet Vodafone standards and timelines.
Network Validation: Ensure network accuracy in GIS systems and verify readiness before changes.
Audits & Risk Management: Conduct detailed network audits and proactively identify risks, reporting them to stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Attend project meetings, liaise with the Fibre Delivery Manager, and contribute to planning discussions.
Design & Documentation: Create high-level and low-level designs, including splicing schedules and schematics.

Job Description
Senior Asset Integration Project Manager

Are you a proven project leader with experience in asset integration and digital transformation?
Join a globally recognised engineering and infrastructure services organisation at a pivotal point of digital evolution. We are supporting a client in securing a Senior Asset Integration Project Manager to drive the successful onboarding of two new offshore assets into our digital maintenance ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role that bridges engineering, data, and operations; ensuring these mission-critical assets are fully integrated, digitally mapped, and operationally ready from day one.
Location: Antwerp ,Belgium (Hybrid – Office-based with some flexibility)
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term (Immediate Start)
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week, occasional overtime)
Languages: Fluent Dutch & Advanced English
Rate: Negotiable

What You Will Do:
Lead the end to end integration of two jack up vessels and associated equipment into a maintenance management system (Maximo).
Coordinate with technical and digital teams to validate asset data and build digital asset hierarchies.
Oversee creation of maintenance strategies and spare parts inventories.
Ensure data quality and compliance with internal asset management standards.
Report regularly to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline future integration efforts.

What The Client is Looking For:
Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
Strong project management experience in maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
Hands on experience with Maintenance Management Systems (ideally Maximo).
Strong grasp of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Dutch speaking with strong English (written and spoken).

The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Background in digital transformation or data centric asset management.
Familiarity with maritime operations or digital maintenance systems.
