Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Project Leader who will be responsible for electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV).
What you'll do:
Responsibility for defining, studying, and designing projects, and ensuring the execution of the projects until commissioning and administrative closure.
Developing preliminary designs, preparing budgets, and scheduling projects, taking into account required and available resources.
Responsibility for managing the planning, project budget, and reporting to team leaders.
Assisting in preparing tender documents and participating in the procurement process.
Leading and coordinating the on-site execution of projects in collaboration with the relevant entities of the client Group (suppliers, contractors, etc.).
Tasks are performed autonomously with reporting to the Manager.
What you bring:
Civil or industrial engineer in electrical engineering or electromechanics (this is a MUST).
Experience in project management (graduates may also apply).
Knowledge of high-voltage systems.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills.
Fluent and assertive communicator, customer-oriented, values teamwork, and is inventive.
Language:
Excellent knowledge of both official languages (Dutch and French).

Position Overview: Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant within the ASP department who perform a role that combines administrative, financial and file monitoring tasks within a team of 8 people. The ASP service is attached to the IT IDS department (IT Infrastructure, Datacom & Security).
What you'll do:
You are in charge of orders for materials and services: you follow the process from A to Z, that is to say, from the request for an offer to monitoring the final invoice, including the order and receipt in SAP.
You are the point of contact between the supplier and the internal IT customer.
You manage the commissary, events and training for IT IDS.
You manage the functional mailbox of the ASP service.
What you bring:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Good communicator with excellent team spirit.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Administrative rigor.
Good stress and time management (prioritization).
Analytical mind and affinity with numbers.
Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), SAP.
Language:
Bilingual FR/NL or NL/FR with ideally a good knowledge of English.
