Job Description
Job Title: Project & Resource Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end execution of customer and internal projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely delivery, and accurate reporting within a cyber‑security services organization. Expectations: Deliver project management support across multiple simultaneous initiatives, maintain project schedules and budgets, forecast resource needs, and provide regular, data‑driven status updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate and schedule project resources based on priority, skill set, and capacity. - Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications. - Track project progress, monitor timelines, and manage documentation, contracts, and deliverables. - Generate and distribute status reports, identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions. - Develop and maintain utilization and capacity forecasting reports for the delivery organization. - Analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements. - Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams. Required Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional coordination. - Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Wrike, etc.) and scheduling applications. - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. - Analytical mindset with experience in trend analysis and forecasting. - Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred; not mandatory). - No specific certifications required, although knowledge of cyber‑security context or consulting experience is advantageous.
