Business Change Manager - Digital Transformation/Agile - EdTech
Job Description
Outstanding contract opportunity to join a leading training, examination and certification provider offering qualifications which are recognised globally by employers and governments alike. This organisation has trained and certified over 550,000 people in 132 countries and is mid-way through a major digital transformation to transition their learning, examination and certification processes from the classroom to a digital platform and are building a new team of talented & passionate professionals to deliver this major change initiative, transitioning them to become an EdTech business.
We're looking for a hands on', delivery focused, Business Change Manager with experience of both core business change and IT business change who has worked in at least 1 major digital transformation and ideally with some prior experience within the EdTech sector. You'll require the following skills and experience:
Extensive experience of Business Change & IT Business Change Management within the EdTech, training or education sector
Proven track record of communicating and influencing both business & technology stakeholders
Experience with the development and delivery of change impact assessments and change plans, evaluating results and presenting findings in a logical and easy to understand manner
Experience undertaking stakeholder assessments to provide visibility and buy-in of the change
Experience gathering training requirements as well as building and delivering user training for new products, processes or system implementations
Extensive communications planning and delivery experience
Experience establishing and managing feedback and knowledge mechanisms, collating feedback from front-line users
Experience working in Agile environments and ensuring change is not blocking delivery
Demonstrable experience applying the Prosci ADKAR Model or equivalent framework
A willingness to work in the office 1-2 days per week
£500-£550 per day (Outside IR35). 6 months rolling. East Midlands & remote
