Own responsibility for end-to-end product quality including: defect management, vendor engagement and escalation for issues discovered during the testing.
Liaising with subject matter experts, solution architects and vendors to clarify technical issues and understand inbound and outbound integrations with external parties
Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager
Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client
Attend the regular client call and discuss the daily/ weekly status with the client.
