Job Description
**Job Title**: People Advisor **Role Summary**: Provide HR support, policy guidance, and process optimization for a global organization across multiple regions. Deliver expert advice on employee relations, ensure compliance, and foster engagement and well-being. **Expectations**: - 3+ years in HR with cross-cultural or multinational experience. - Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies. - Proactive problem-solving and collaboration with senior HR partners. **Key Responsibilities**: - Advise on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and employment law queries. - Support absence management, family leave, and cross-border HR cases. - Maintain HRIS records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with legal updates. - Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and satisfaction surveys. - Coordinate training, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Align global HR practices while respecting regional legal and cultural differences. **Required Skills**: - Employment law and HR policy expertise. - Proficiency in HRIS systems. - Cross-cultural HR coordination. - Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder interactions. - Analytical ability to produce HR metrics and audit reports. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field. - HR-related certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
