**Job Title:** Senior AMOA Consultant – CCaaS Migration (F/H) **Role Summary:** Lead business‑analysis and product‑owner functions for large‑scale migrations of contact center platforms (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Diabolocom) to clients in the CAC 40 portfolio.
