Who We’re Looking For:
As a Walk Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal network performance and user experience by conducting comprehensive walk tests to assess network coverage, capacity, and quality of service.

The primary responsibilities
Conduct indoor and outdoor walk tests to collect data on network parameters such as signal strength, data rates, and latency.
Utilize specialized testing equipment (e.g., drive test software, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) to capture accurate measurements.
Adhere to established testing procedures and guidelines.
Analyze collected data to identify areas with poor coverage, interference, or capacity issues.
Present findings and recommendations to engineering teams and management.
Work with network engineers to optimize network parameters, such as cell site configuration, antenna alignment, and power settings.
Implement solutions to improve network performance and user experience.
Identify and resolve network issues, such as dropped calls, slow data speeds, and poor voice quality.
Collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of cellular network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
Proficiency in using drive test software and other network testing tools
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license.

Additional requirements
Certification in RF engineering or wireless network technologies
Experience with in-building wireless solutions (DAS, small cells)
Knowledge of network optimization techniques
