Job Title: Processing Specialist - Special Processing Role Summary: Process QMCSO, Condolence, and Appeals transactions for benefits programs, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and client-specific requirements. Focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving to support client and employee satisfaction. Expactations: Strong customer service orientation; detail-oriented mindset; adherence to procedural and regulatory standards. Must maintain confidentiality, meet attendance requirements, and demonstrate adaptability in a team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: - Process benefits-related transactions (QMCSO, Condolence, Appeals). - Review incoming documentation and life events for compliance. - Communicate transaction details to internal/external partners. - Partner with clients to ensure quality outcomes via written/verbal communication. - Comply with IRS and corporate compliance standards. - Identify risks and resolve issues proactively. - Document processes and support cross-team collaboration. Required Skills: - 1-2 years in benefits administration or claims processing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Strong written/oral communication and customer service. - Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Adaptability and team collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Life and Health license preferred.
