Job Description
**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary** Drive sales of coding, marking equipment, consumables and software to a diverse client base across food, beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships, manage sales cycles, and deliver business growth, client retention and revenue recovery. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales KPIs. - Convert inbound leads into closed sales and recover lost accounts. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in Salesforce. - Collaborate with service and technical teams to secure long‑term contracts and optimal order fulfillment. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect new accounts and generate qualified leads (demonstrating market awareness). - Engage decision‑makers, understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. - Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, close deals and execute final sales process. - Monitor existing accounts for churn risks, implement retention strategies and extend service agreements. - Track performance metrics, analyze data and report insights to management. - Coordinate with logistics/operations to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. - Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to create lead‑generation campaigns. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial acumen: planning, strategy, negotiation. - Analytical mindset: organized, data‑driven, comfortable with Salesforce (and Navision preferred). - Excellent communication: clear, confident, collaborative. - Results‑focused: proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Adaptability: handling a fast‑moving, solution‑based sales environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field **or** equivalent commercial experience. - Minimum 2–3 years inside‑sales experience in B2B, preferably within the coding/marking or manufacturing sector. - Salesforce certification or demonstrated proficiency in CRM use is preferred.
