They’re looking for a Global Talent & Performance Lead, playing a key role in driving the talent & performance management strategies on global scale. This involves designing, implementing, and managing frameworks and initiatives that identify, develop, and retain high-performing talent. It requires close collaboration with regional leaders/business to align talent and performance strategies with corporate goals.
This position reports to Chief People Officer, HQ Belgium based, with Global scope.
Your responsibilities are
Talent & Performance Management
Develop and implement global Talent & Performance strategies to identify, grow, and retain top talent across regions, to assess / evaluate, … and design succession planning frameworks that build a strong pipeline to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness;
Drive the design and implementation of future-oriented, innovative talent and performance initiatives that promote employee development, engagement, high performance; development & implement global talent identification & succession planning frameworks; create & maintain talent pipelines, focusing on critical roles & future business needs;
Create career pathing, progression tools to support growth & engagement;
Oversee implementation of global talent assessments; ensuring consistency & fairness;
Analyse talent data to identify trends & areas for improvement, providing actionable insights;
Design, implement, and continuously improve talent & performance management processes to drive a high-performance culture.
Educate and coach managers and employees on performance evaluation tools, goal setting, and feedback best practices.
Develop and maintain a competency framework to evaluate and guide employee performance
Implement & Use Technology
Identify, deploy, and implement HR technology solutions to enhance talent & performance processes;
Integrate digital tools for employee performance tracking, real-time feedback, and goal alignment;
Promote/Set the adoption of AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics in succession planning and development;
Ensure user-friendly interfaces and workflows to maximize stakeholder adoption of performance and talent tools;
Talent Mapping
Use/Implement advanced technology platform to map organisational talent, identify skill gaps & track performance;
Leverage / implement HR analytics tools to create dashboards that visualise key talents metrics, trends & insights;
Conduct data-driven analyses to perform talent planning, promotions and OD decisions;
Data & Metrics:
Set & implement HR analytics to monitor talent & performance program success and ROI, using globally standardized tools and criteria to assess employee contributions and potential;
Set up Learning Management System;
Evaluate the effectiveness & recommend enhancements where needed,
Prepare regular reports & dashboards for leadership to track progress & alignment with business priorities;
Leadership & Succession Planning
Create/Implement global frameworks for identifying and developing high-potential talent and future leaders;
Establish processes to evaluate readiness for leadership roles and provide development plans to bridge gaps;
Facilitate discussions with senior leaders to align succession strategies with business continuity needs;
Develop strategies to enhance diversity in leadership pipelines;

Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, or related field;
7+ years in Talent & Performance management, including 3+ years globally;
Proven expertise in designing & launching talent & performance strategies (from scratch);
Understanding / proficiency in HR Technology Platforms & tools;
Expertise in driving organisational change & gain stakeholder buy-in (influencing);
Experience in upskilling leadership & driving cultural change in global organisations;
Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale projects with cross-functional teams/leaders;
Analytical mindset with strong data analysis & reporting capability;
Leadership experience managing in/direct diversified stakeholders;
Knowledge of global HR trends & best practices, particularly in talent development & performance;
Skilled in project management; skilled in using metrics & analytics to inform decisions – ability to thrive in complex & rapidly evolving environments;
Willingness to travel sporadically;
Location: Brussels’ HQ – Global scope
