Job Description
Head of Delivery
Remote First in UK (or Hybrid if you prefer)

Looking to make a big impact in a growing, people-first tech consultancy? We’ve got just the role for you!

The Talent Movement is recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, human-centered tech consultancy with bold ambitions, exciting growth plans, and a newly created Head of Delivery position. Following a recent acquisition, a strong project pipeline, and major opportunities ahead, we’re looking for someone to take their delivery game to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

As Head of Delivery, you’ll bring big ideas to life, cutting through the complexities of digital transformation to deliver products that truly matter.
You’ll lead the delivery management team, develop processes that drive success, and ensure they deliver excellence for their clients every step of the way. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll also work closely with teams across the business to foster innovation, collaboration, and growth.
Your role will be a blend of hands-on client work and strategic leadership. You’ll guide delivery teams, support key accounts, and play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery playbook. From streamlining processes to driving data-led insights and championing continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

A Day in the Life

Leading a team of talented delivery managers, ensuring smooth project delivery across multiple client accounts.
Creating and refining processes that boost quality and efficiency – while keeping things simple.
Collaborating with clients to ensure we’re aligned on technical, commercial, and operational goals.
Acting as the go-to person for escalations, delivery risks, and key decisions.
Sharing insights and driving thought leadership around digital product delivery.
Supporting and mentoring your team to help them thrive.

What’s on offer?

This is a company that’s growing fast, but they’re keeping their focus on what really matters – their people. They are creating a culture that’s inclusive, open, and diverse, and that’s where their innovation and creativity comes from.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (neg, depending on experience).
Work your way: Remote first, with hybrid options if you’d prefer.
Generous leave: 36 days paid leave (including bank holidays).
Wellbeing support: Annual wellbeing budget + 2 extra wellbeing days.
Family-friendly: Enhanced parental leave, flexible working
Growth opportunities: Annual personal development budget, 4 development days, and professional financial coaching.
Giving back: Volunteering days to support causes you care about.
Health cover: Bupa Health Plan to keep you covered.

Who we’re looking for:

We don’t believe in the “perfect” candidate. If most of this sounds like you and you’re excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you.
You’re an experienced delivery professional, with a track record of managing complex portfolios (think £1m+ projects) in Agile environments and leading and/or mentoring delivery teams.
You’ve worked closely with clients and teams, juggling tech, commercial, and operational conversations like a pro.
You’ve built delivery processes and tracking systems that work – and you’re always looking for ways to improve.
You’re strategic but hands-on, ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Experience with the development of apps and a solid understanding of technologies, platforms and devops.
Experience in creating and optimising project management processes.
