Job Description: **Job Title:** Experienced Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead complex industrial projects from feasibility to deployment in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and green chemistry sectors. Drive project execution in a growing international engineering environment. **Expectations:** 10–15 years managing complex industrial projects, preferably in regulated sectors. Engineering background. Proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and multilingual/multicultural adaptability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full project lifecycle (feasibility, budgeting, regulatory compliance, implementation). - Oversee project economics (margin tracking, cost control, change order negotiation). - Act as primary client liaison, balancing stakeholder needs with organizational goals. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, quality, finance, external partners). - Foster project management maturity through collaboration and process improvement. **Required Skills:** - Project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred). - Technical expertise in chemical/process engineering or related fields. - Client relationship management and negotiation. - Cross-functional team leadership and transparent communication. - Proficiency in multilingual/cultural contexts and project management tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree (chemical, mechanical, or process engineering). - Project management certification (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) advantageous but not mandatory.
