Due to rapid growth, we are keen to welcome aboard a Strategy Analyst in our Strategy & M&A division.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Projects:
· Guide global clients in expanding into new markets through in-depth market research and analysis across a wide range of industries.
· Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to generate actionable insights aligned with client objectives.
· Identify and engage with industry experts to gather critical information and perspectives.
· Assist in developing and presenting strategic recommendations and project deliverables to senior stakeholders, as well as effectively addressing their questions and concerns.
· Support our Business Development division with strategic initiatives, including sales strategy development, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and tactical Management Information Systems (MIS) support.
· Assist in identifying and evaluating potential M&A targets based on client criteria during the pre-LOI phases.
Teamwork & Communication:
· Participate actively and support in team meetings, providing updates on progress and collaborating on task assignments.
· Support Market Development teams with expertise in engaging with prospects.
· Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Project Management & Collaboration:
· Collaborate effectively with and manage strategic partners and industry experts involved in projects.
· Ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of results.
Proposal Development:
· Create compelling proposal presentations for prospective clients.
· Confidently present proposals to prospects in collaboration with the Market Development division and address their inquiries.
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving:
· Thoroughly identify challenges, weaknesses, and opportunities within a business's strategy.
· Develop effective solutions to address critical business issues.
Thought Leadership:
· Contribute to the development of proprietary articles and thought leadership pieces for publication, enhancing the firm's reputation and industry expertise.
Required Skills:
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to solve business problems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Research & Data Analysis: Strong research capabilities, including proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Financial Analysis: Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics, with the ability to conduct financial analysis and modelling.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and anticipate future trends.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Adaptability & Time Management: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Who we are looking for -
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
Robust experience in management consulting, strategy analysis, or a related role.
Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis tools and software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Comfortable in a remote and fast-paced work environment.
Aware of current-affairs, cultural differences and embraces diversity.
Must be able to travel within the UK & Internationally on short notice.
Preferably located within commutable distance of London.
Must be authorized to live & work in the UK.
