Job Description
**Job Title:** District Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Remote, full‑cycle sales leader responsible for prospecting, qualifying, demoing, closing, and onboarding SaaS Health Spending Account (HSA) and Wellness Spending Account (WSA) solutions for Canadian small‑business, independent professional, and self‑employed markets. Drives revenue growth, client retention, and upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating with marketing and product teams. **Expectations:** - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (MRR, new client acquisition). - Maintain 100 % CRM accuracy and timely lead engagement. - Deliver weekly performance reports (lead volume, conversion, user growth). - Provide consultative guidance to clients on financial and tax benefits. - Contribute to product and campaign optimization through market feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiations, closing, onboarding, and activation. - Respond to inbound leads from digital campaigns, website forms, and referrals; generate outbound pipeline via cold outreach. - Qualify prospects by business structure, employee count, and spending needs; conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations. - Facilitate seamless client onboarding, platform setup, and initial training. - Monitor account health, drive renewals, and identify upsell or referral opportunities. - Keep HubSpot (or equivalent) CRM updated; generate weekly metrics reports. - Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and influence roadmap. **Required Skills:** - 3‑5 years B2B SaaS, fintech, or HR/benefits sales experience targeting Canadian SMBs. - Proven full‑cycle sales success (prospecting → closing). - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain financial/technical concepts. - Consultative, customer‑focused approach with solid commercial awareness. - Exceptional organization; disciplined CRM usage. - Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace (or similar tools). - Self‑starter comfortable in fast‑paced startup environments. - Passion for helping clients improve financial and health decisions. *Nice to Have:* healthtech/fintech background, knowledge of CRA HSA rules, strong negotiation skills, existing network of prospective SaaS buyers. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
