Job Description

Job Title: Junior Developer Role Summary: Support the delivery of high‑quality technical solutions across internal systems by translating business requirements into technical specifications, developing and maintaining reports and tools within a CRM, performing day‑to‑day technical tasks, testing new features, and documenting system configurations. Expactations: - Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Eager to learn with a proactive attitude. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with non‑technical staff to gather and clarify business needs and produce clear technical requirement specifications for external developers. - Create, update, and maintain reports and technical tools in the internal CRM system. - Manage data, troubleshoot issues, and automate processes as part of daily technical duties. - Test and validate new features delivered by external development teams. - Document system configurations, workflows, and technical requirements. - Work with colleagues to improve system efficiency and ensure seamless integration of new features. Required Skills: - Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Clear communication of technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Attention to detail and structured documentation. Desired Skills: - Experience with Laravel and the Eloquent ORM. - Familiarity with modern web development practices and frameworks. - Experience using or maintaining a CRM system.
