Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4 Training Consultant Role Summary: Design, develop, and deliver training for SAP S/4 HANA logistics modules (MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, PP). Create e‑learning, guides, and quick references; conduct virtual and in‑person sessions; support go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live stabilization. Expactations: Deliver clear, engaging training that aligns with system configuration and project requirements. Enable end‑users and super‑users to adopt SAP S/4 HANA logistics functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Assess training needs for logistics processes. - Develop e‑learning modules, user guides, and quick reference sheets. - Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions. - Align training content with SAP configuration and project scope. - Support go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live stabilization. Required Skills: - Proven experience delivering SAP S/4 HANA logistics training. - Expertise in MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and PP modules (preferred full portfolio or module‑specific). - Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities. - Ability to create concise training materials. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - SAP S/4 HANA certification or equivalent training credentials highly desirable.
