Job Description
**Job title** Senior Business Consultant **Role Summary** Drive end‑to‑end implementation of a SaaS CRM platform for public‑sector, non‑profit and higher‑education clients. Partner with customers to analyze needs, design processes, configure the solution, manage data migration, conduct testing, and ensure a smooth adoption and continuous improvement cycle. **Expections** - 5+ years in functional consulting, AMOA/MOA, CRM or SaaS deployment - Proven ability to manage projects on time, within scope and budget - Fluency in English and French (preferred) **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct functional analysis, workshops, interviews, and process audits - Draft functional specifications, user stories, and process models - Map business requirements to platform standard capabilities and flag gaps - Configure solution: forms, workflows, business rules, modules, reporting - Define and coordinate custom development with technical teams - Lead data integration and migration activities - Prepare and execute test plans, support UAT, and secure functional quality - Coordinate go‑live activities, transition to Customer Success, and post‑deployment support - Promote new usage and modules, propose ongoing enhancements - Develop training materials, conduct user training and change‑management sessions - Manage project planning, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication **Required Skills** - Expertise in CRM processes (sales, marketing, service) - Strong analytical and process‑modeling skills - Excellent written and verbal communication (specs, guides, test plans) - Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements - Project‑management experience (waterfall and agile) - Client‑focused mindset, pedagogical approach, self‑direction, functional leadership - Collaboration with business, technical, and executive stakeholders **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business administration, information systems, project management or related field - Professional certifications in CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or equivalent) highly valued --- This profile provides a clear, ATS‑friendly match for senior business consulting roles in SaaS CRM deployments.
