**Job Title:** Merchandise Project Manager (3‑month contract) **Role Summary:** Manage end‑to‑end merchandise campaigns for high‑profile IPs, coordinating suppliers, factories, logistics, and commercial details. Ensure project timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met while supporting the creative team in a fast‑paced agency environment. **Expectations:** - Maintain high organisational standards and workflow hygiene across multiple concurrent projects. - Communicate calmly and proactively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. - Demonstrate strong commercial awareness (pricing, quoting, margin tracking). - Identify and resolve process gaps to keep projects on schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee supplier and product lifecycle from sourcing to delivery. - Organise assets for IP brand approvals, factory sampling, and production. - Coordinate shipping, logistics, and obtain cost quotes. - Support pricing, markup calculations, and margin monitoring. - Track project status, maintain documentation, and ensure timeline adherence. - Participate in client meetings, capture action items, and follow up as needed. - Assist with visual layout preparation for IP approvals using Google Slides or similar tools. **Required Skills:** - Mid‑level experience in merchandise production, operations, or project delivery. - Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and external partners. - Strong commercial acumen (pricing, quoting, margin analysis). - Excellent organisational skills; capable of handling several projects simultaneously. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset; ability to spot gaps and drive solutions. - Clear, calm communication across teams, suppliers, and clients. - Proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., Asana) and spreadsheet applications (Excel/Google Sheets). - Familiarity with visual presentation tools (Google Slides) and basic layout assistance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; demonstrated relevant experience is essential.
