Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Manager, Global Change – SCUS FMS Transition **Role Summary** Lead change management for the transition to Oracle Financial Management System across Save the Children USA (SCUS) and partners. Own assessment, planning, and delivery of change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new SaaS FMS, aligning with global project objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver stakeholder‑centric change plans and communications within the 18‑month FTC. - Ensure global consistency while addressing SCUS‑specific needs. - Build and sustain relationships with internal teams, regional managers, and external consultants. - Provide measurable progress and impact data to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses for all workstreams. 2. Define the overall change approach and develop detailed transition plans. 3. Create and manage stakeholder and communications plans, including stakeholder matrix, engagement strategy, and change impact assessment. 4. Produce change‑management artefacts: compelling stories, current/future state analyses, communication packages. 5. Facilitate interactive communications to secure acceptance and support. 6. Coordinate internal change and communications for project team, reference groups, and governance structures. 7. Monitor progress against plans, adapt strategies, and report outcomes to Head of SCUS FMS Transition Project. **Required Skills** - Proven expertise in enterprise change management and stakeholder engagement. - Strong analytical and project‑management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and facilitation in English. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners. - Experience in global IT or systems transition initiatives preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional change‑management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or PMI-ACP) highly desirable. ---
