Role Summary
Support the gallery’s outreach, artist development, and market initiatives by managing relationships with cultural institutions, assisting artist portfolios, and performing strategic research.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain outreach with museums, foundations, galleries, and cultural organizations.
- Assist in cultivating relationships with collectors, patrons, and strategic partners.
- Identify and research potential collaborations, funding opportunities, and institutional partnerships.
- Prepare materials for presentations, proposals, and partnership discussions.
- Support creation of artist career development plans, exhibition strategies, and project opportunities.
- Manage artist communications, schedules, and documentation, including online portfolios and bios.
- Track artist exhibitions, collaborations, and opportunities; coordinate with curators and institutions.
- Organize information for artist projects, proposals, and partnership records.
- Conduct research on art institutions, collectors, foundations, and cultural programs; monitor residencies, grants, and exhibitions.
- Generate internal strategy materials and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, including press releases and media relations.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Analytical aptitude to assess data, evaluate opportunities, and provide strategic insights.
- Interest in artist representation, cultural partnerships, and the contemporary art ecosystem.
- Familiarity with or contacts in the art world (institutions, galleries, museums, collectors).
Required Education & Certifications
- Undergraduate or graduate study in Arts Management, Art History, Cultural Studies, Communications, Business, or a related field.
