Job Description
Job Title: Sales Development Representative – SDR (H/F) Role Summary: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, prescribers, partners, and families, driving client acquisition and support for new shared housing projects for semi‑autonomous elderly individuals. Manage outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, client onboarding, and satisfaction follow‑up while maintaining CRM data and contributing to the expansion of new residences. Expectations: - Proactively generate and nurture leads via outbound calls and written communication. - Provide high‑quality customer service and support during the inquiry to onboarding process. - Collaborate with local teams and development office to launch new residences. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in HubSpot CRM. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Outbound Activation & Commercial Follow‑up** - Regularly contact prescribers, partners, families, and prospective residents to promote Domani’s services. - Update prescriber databases (healthcare providers, social structures, local actors). - Organize and monitor activation events (open houses, information sessions, partner events). - Participate in opening new residences and visit sites when required. 2. **Inbound Client Relations & Prospecting** - Respond to incoming calls, emails, and web forms. - Re‑engage inactive contacts and refresh databases older than six months. - Prepare administrative files for future residents, send quotes, track temporary stays, and update HubSpot records. 3. **Client Satisfaction** - Ensure quality interactions at every stage of the prospect/resident journey. - Conduct follow‑up and satisfaction calls with families and prescribers. - Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial and relational practices. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer‑centric attitude. - Comfortable with telephone and written interactions. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and adept with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, spreadsheets). - Autonomous, proactive, and team‑player. - Prior experience in customer service, teleprospecting, or communications is an advantage. - Knowledge of HubSpot and Ringover is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac to Bac+2). - No specific certifications required; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
