Job Description: Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Develop end‑to‑end full‑stack features for AI products, owning the entire lifecycle from concept to production. Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure that powers LLM‑based services. Collaborate closely with AI researchers and product teams to translate user feedback into rapid, high‑quality releases. Expectations: - Minimum 3 years of hands‑on software engineering experience with end‑to‑end ownership of features. - Strong proficiency in Python; TypeScript experience is a plus but not required. - Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, balancing speed and scalability without a rigid playbook. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, test, and deploy full‑stack features end‑to‑end with minimal oversight. - Build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure supporting Fastino’s AI services, ensuring reliability and performance at scale. - Collaborate daily with AI researchers to integrate new model capabilities into the product. - Convert user feedback into product improvements and close the feedback loop quickly. - Participate in regular cross‑functional reviews, surface blockers, and maintain high velocity. Required Skills: - 3+ years of software engineering experience with proven ownership of features from design to deployment. - Python programming (primary language). - Ability to work effectively under ambiguity and adapt to evolving requirements. - Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. - Optional: Experience with LLM integration or AI infrastructure; familiarity with high‑concurrency back‑end systems or low‑latency API design.
