**Job Title** Management & Organisation Consultant – Internship **Role Summary** Support senior consultants on high‑impact transformation projects in diverse sectors. Facilitate workshops, prepare analytical studies, and contribute to the design and implementation of client‑centric improvement plans across key transformation levers: customer experience, leadership teams, innovation, and digital/IT organisations. **Expectations** - Work under close mentorship from experienced consultants and managers. - Progress from stakeholder interviews to solution co‑creation and delivery. - Actively develop consulting skills through training, knowledge sharing, and hands‑on project involvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare agendas, materials and deliverables for workshops, seminars and steering groups. - Conduct analyses and studies (e.g., current state assessment, gap analysis, roadmap definition). - Support project scoping, objective setting, and continuous improvement plan development. - Lead facilitation of workshops and presentations to client stakeholders. - Contribute to internal initiatives such as marketing events, research labs, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. - Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and oral communication; presentation and facilitation skills. - Project management mindset, including planning, execution and risk monitoring. - Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. - Adaptable, curious, and proactive: quick learner of new methodologies and tools. - Professional proficiency in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (or final year Master) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent. - No specific certifications required; motivation to pursue continuous learning is essential.
