Job title: Franchise Performance Coach Role Summary: Execute hands‑on performance coaching for 20–25 digital‑marketing franchise owners, driving revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and operational discipline through structured goal setting, data‑driven feedback, and adoption of AI tools. Expactations: * Deliver measurable revenue increase across portfolio. * Boost sales conversion rates and pipeline consistency. * Enhance goal‑setting, accountability, and performance tracking. * Promote efficient use of AI solutions (ChatGPT, Make, Gemini, etc.). Key Responsibilities: * Coach new franchisees through launch and early‑stage sales development. * Guide established franchisees in refining positioning, pricing, and growth strategy. * Join live client sales calls to optimize messaging and close rates. * Set and monitor quarterly performance goals and metrics. * Provide actionable feedback linked to quantifiable outcomes. * Advise on practical AI tools and workflow automation for operations and delivery. * Connect franchisees to broader coaching network, resources, and initiatives. Required Skills: * 3–7 years experience in business coaching, sales leadership, consulting, agency strategy, or client growth. * Proven track record of influencing revenue outcomes. * Deep understanding of small‑business dynamics and sales processes. * Comfortable participating in and improving live sales conversations. * Experience or strong interest in AI tools and workflow automation. * Ability to analyze performance data and translate into clear next steps. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Any relevant sales or coaching certifications are a plus.
