**Job title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive profitable volume growth for the Restaurant Services Department by retaining existing customers, acquiring new accounts, and expanding multi‑unit relationships within the Milwaukee‑Madison‑Green Bay territory. Achieve sales targets through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and contract negotiation while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable revenue and volume growth in assigned territory. - Retain and expand relationships with high‑volume and multi‑unit accounts. - Acquire new accounts through strategic outreach and lead conversion. - Travel up to 50 % within the region. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Engage existing customers to deepen relationships and highlight company value proposition. - Build rapport with new prospects via personal visits, phone calls, and internal lead follow‑up. - Plan and execute daily sales activities, including site surveys and equipment demonstrations. - Evaluate product value and profitability for existing and prospective accounts. - Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiation. - Prepare, negotiate, and finalize service agreements and contracts. - Maintain accurate and timely data entry in CRM (Oracle) for all customer interactions. - Coordinate with Operations & Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and material handling. - Investigate and resolve customer complaints, proposing solutions to management. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking. - Superior organizational and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM/Ora systems. - Ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong follow‑up. - Positive, customer‑focused mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the restaurant industry. ---
