Job Description: **Job Title** E‑Commerce Business Analyst **Role Summary** Assess and document the existing B2B e‑commerce application, elicit and formalize new functional requirements, and collaborate with business, design, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility, supporting QA test development and future enhancements. **Expectations** - Stable, permanent full‑time career. - U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. - Ability to travel weekly to the client office. - Strong consulting and interpersonal skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Document current B2B application business rules and functional requirements. - Create use cases, review with stakeholders, and secure sign‑off. - Define new requirements in partnership with business users. - Validate business requirements against UI/UX designs. - Coordinate requirement reviews with technical architects for implementation feasibility. - Provide documentation for QA test creation. - Maintain baseline specifications for ongoing and future projects. **Required Skills** - Business analysis and requirements elicitation. - Writing use cases and functional specifications. - Effective stakeholder communication and presentation. - Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and B2B processes. - Ability to translate business needs into technical outlines. - Collaboration with UI/UX and technical teams. - Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Visio). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 3‑year Business Analyst experience in e‑commerce or digital solutions. - CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or similar certification is desirable but not mandatory.
