Job Description
**Job Title** Paid Legal Internship – Master in Business Law (internship Level) **Role Summary** Assist in the management of contractual life‑cycle, compliance review, and regulatory monitoring for influencer‑marketing collaborations. Coordinate with project leaders, engage clients to resolve contractual issues, contribute to the creation of standard contract templates, and maintain digital contract archives in a high‑tech environment. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate contract checks and updates in a timely manner. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with project teams and clients. - Proactively support the development of compliant, standardized agreements. - Monitor and analyze regulatory changes affecting influencer marketing. - Operate efficiently in a digital, connected workplace. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Verify contracts against a key‑points compliance checklist. 2. Draft, coordinate, and update contracts with project leads. 3. Engage selected clients to resolve blocking points and secure agreements. 4. Develop and implement template or framework contracts for recurring clients. 5. Archive and track contracts in digital systems. 6. Monitor national and international influencer‑marketing regulations. 7. Analyze new regulatory developments and assess impact on collaborations. 8. Cooperate daily with project teams to gather contractual requirements. 9. Contribute to a digital, connected work environment. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset. - Autonomy combined with effective teamwork and stakeholder collaboration. - Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus. - Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and related business models. - Comfortable with digital tools, online collaboration platforms, and contract management software. - Ability to translate regulatory changes into actionable contractual provisions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment or completion of Master’s program in Business Law, Commercial Law, or equivalent legal field. - Demonstrated interest in technology and digital marketing.
