Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and validate solutions with user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

- Redesign existing flows or create new experiences for web, mobile, and in‑app AI interactions.
- Conceptualize and prototype AI agent behavior, personality, and tone‑of‑voice.
- Produce detailed UI/UX deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) using Figma and design systems.
- Work closely with front‑end and back‑end engineers to hand off designs, iteratively refine solutions, and support implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and design reviews to align on vision, requirements, and brand representation.
- Iterate designs based on usability testing, analytics, and client feedback.
Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in digital product design: user‑centered design, interaction, information, and visual design.
- Experience designing web and mobile products, with proficiency in layout, typography, and component libraries.
- Advanced Figma skills (components, variables, prototyping).
- Ability to synthesize user research into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

- Comfortable working in iterative, fast‑paced environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
