Job Description
**Job title:** Regional Sales & Segment Manager – Laundry **Role Summary:** Lead and optimize indirect sales performance for Electrolux Professional’s Laundry (Coin) segment within a defined geographical region. Manage and expand a distributor network, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with commercial policies. **Expectations:** - 5–10 years B2B sales experience, preferably with key accounts. - Proven ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels. - Strong business development mindset, outcome‑oriented, fluent in English. - Willingness to travel regularly. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement Electrolux Professional’s commercial strategy in the assigned territory. - Animate, coach, and monitor a network of dealers, resellers, installers, and large clients. - Drive sales growth for the Laundry segment, managing product‑type and segment‑specific targets. - Prospect high‑potential customers and partners to expand the sales pipeline. - Enforce pricing policy and discount terms. - Develop deep expertise in the laundry ecosystem: market trends, key players, competition. - Serve as the operational link between the field and corporate teams, ensuring efficient information flow. - Execute additional tasks as required, with potential scope expansion. **Required Skills:** - B2B sales expertise (direct and indirect). - Distributor and reseller network management. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Results‑driven, analytical, and organized. - Client‑focused mindset with integrity and teamwork. - Adaptability, priority management, and proactive problem solving. - Professional English, both spoken and written. - Advanced use of Microsoft Office. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Equivalent to a Diploma to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Commerce, Sales, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Valid driving licence (Category B) required.
