Job Description
**Job Title:** Assistant Property Management **Role Summary** Support the property management team in managing rental operations, tenant communications, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and incident reporting to maintain client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Deliver prompt, professional responses to tenant requests. - Work autonomously while collaborating with managers and maintenance staff. - Maintain stringent attention to detail in all documentation and data entry. - Uphold standards of customer service and legal compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle tenant inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. - Coordinate and follow up on technical maintenance interventions in rental units. - Report and track incident (sinistre) files and related documentation. - Execute lease registration, monitor insurance (MRH or equivalent) and renewal schedules. - Schedule, conduct, and record move‑in and move‑out inspections, producing comparative reports. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all property‑related transactions and communications. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property‑management software. - Customer‑service oriented, with problem‑solving aptitude. - Capable of working independently and within a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Post‑secondary qualification in real‑estate or property management (e.g., BTS, ADiT, BAcc in Real Estate, or equivalent). - Previous experience in a similar property‑management role.
