Job Title: Data Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and optimize modern data pipelines and a scalable Enterprise Data Warehouse on Microsoft Azure to support data‑driven decision making across the organization. Job Description
Job title: Senior Legal Counsel Role Summary: Provide legal, compliance, and risk management support to a multi‑country logistics organization. Act as a trusted advisor to executive management, business units, and operating companies, ensuring strategic and operational decisions are legally sound and compliant with regulatory frameworks across Europe. Expactations: - Serve as legal business partner to senior executives and cross‑functional teams. - Influence risk‑mitigation strategies and continuous improvement of legal and compliance programs. - Maintain proactive engagement with changing priorities, deadlines, and regulatory developments. Key Responsibilities: - Negotiate, draft, and review international commercial agreements (freight forwarding, transportation, distribution, customer, insurance, leasing). - Advise on privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance and deliver related trainings. - Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and operational risks for European operations. - Develop and maintain risk‑management and compliance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. - Manage dispute prevention and resolution, including claims handling processes. - Initiate new legal and compliance initiatives, drive cross‑regional implementation, and coordinate with global counterpart. - Report directly to the Chief Legal Officer of the European region.
