Job Title: Tech Lead Data Scientist (F-H) Role Summary: Lead the production engineering of machine‑learning models, driving MLOps practices, pipeline development, and model deployment on AWS SageMaker. Mentor Data Scientists, establish reusable tooling, and ensure models meet quality, scalability, and reliability standards. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end MLOps solutions; coach team on best practices; advocate Clean Code and MLOps culture; continuously evaluate AWS services and stack improvements; collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain robust ML pipelines on AWS SageMaker, S3, Lambda, CDK, and Feature Store. - Deploy models as production APIs and batch jobs; set up monitoring, scaling, and alerting. - Create reusable templates, libraries, and tooling for data scientists. - Pair with Data Scientists to convert experiments into production‑ready solutions. - Drive CI/CD processes using Git, Docker, and automated testing. - Evaluate and recommend AWS ecosystem upgrades and tooling enhancements. - Mentor and coach team members on development best practices and Clean Code.
