ESG Connect permet de croiser les nombreuses bases de donnees ESG de differents fournisseurs, d'en tester la qualite, de definir des indicateurs personnalises en fonction de leur strategie d'investissement, et de produire l'ensemble des reportings, notamment reglementaires, qui s'imposent sur l'ESG.
Job Description
Company Overview: WeeFin is a rapidly expanding FinTech company revolutionising sustainable finance, now counting more than 80+ employees across France and the UK. With our SaaS platform, we help financial institutions better understand and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data. We support our clients, including major French and international financial institutions, in their transition towards more sustainable and transparent finance. Having recently secured funding to accelerate our growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in the UK, WeeFin being headquartered in Paris. As part of our international expansion, we opened a new office in London and are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join us through the V.I.E programme.
Position Overview: As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our platform for our clients. You will serve as both a technical expert and a commercial ambassador, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they get the maximum value from our platform. Your role will also involve identifying upsell opportunities and presenting new features to clients, contributing directly to the business development strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing tactical solutions and algorithms to meet specific client demands, bridging the gap between technical development and business needs.
UK Office Overview: You'll be joining WeeFin's UK team of 8, based in a co-working space in Aldgate, at the heart of the City of London. The space offers access to a full range of facilities, including meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens, and an on-site coffee shop. There's also a rooftop terrace and an in-house gym--perfect for lunch breaks and after-work gatherings with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Act as a product ambassador by showcasing the platform's capabilities to clients and prospects, translating technical functionalities into business benefits.
Tactical Solution Development: Design and implement algorithms or tactical tools tailored to clients' needs, ensuring that the platform meets specific financial or operational requirements.
Client Onboarding: Lead the implementation of our platform for new clients, customising the solution to meet their specific requirements and ensuring a seamless integration process.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of our platform, empowering them to utilize it to its fullest potential.
Upsell & Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to expand usage of our solution within existing accounts. Present new features and additional services to clients, demonstrating their added value to encourage upsells.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on our solution, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with our product and development teams to enhance the user experience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within WeeFin and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success with our solution.
