Every month over 175,000 companies use our research to find and buy the right HR software. We do this through in-depth, unbiased reviews of business software as well as 1:1 Advisor calls between our team members and HR professionals.
We're looking for a full-time Inbound SDR to join our high-performing sales team and help us turn qualified inbound interest into pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do
Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads from our website, ads, referrals, or marketing campaigns
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying intent
Schedule Advisor Calls for our HR Software Advisors
Use HubSpot to manage, track, and optimize outreach and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Continuously improve the inbound process--scripts, emails, lead routing, etc.
Become an expert in our product and the problem we solve for HR tech buyers
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (B2B SaaS preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills--clear, confident, and personable over phone, email, and video
Curious, coachable, and self-motivated--you're hungry to learn and improve
Comfortable managing high volumes of inbound leads and working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar is a plus
A team player who brings energy, accountability, and optimism
What We Offer
Competitive base salary + bonus structure
Targeting ~$45k USD for the role (~$62.5k CAD)
