Infrastructure Engineer - Leeds - New! (REFGJ34)

Location: Leeds (Onsite)
Salary: PS30-40K per annum
Employment type: Permanent

A trusted Managed Service Provider (MSP) is hiring an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support clients across Yorkshire and the North West. If you're confident with the Microsoft stack, love solving infrastructure issues, and enjoy working face-to-face with clients - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high-level support and infrastructure escalations
Design, implement & maintain Microsoft environments (O365, Teams, Intune, Windows Server, AD, SharePoint)
Lead on migrations, upgrades, and rollouts
Troubleshoot across networking: firewalls, switching, routing, VPNs
Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
Maintain technical documentation

Key Technologies and Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint (essential), Windows Server & AD
Good understanding of network principles (DNS, VPNs, switching, firewalls)
Previous MSP experience is ideal
Clean driving licence - travel to client sites required
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
