Data Integration Technical Lead - Fixed Term Contract - PS75,000

What you'll be doing:
Leading and developing a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team.
Driving technical discussions, architecture decisions, and coding standards.
Overseeing end-to-end development across a Microsoft-based technology stack.
Implementing best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployments.
Supporting agile delivery, mentoring engineers, and fostering continuous improvement.
Promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and innovation.
Experience required:
Strong development experience with C# (.NET Core), ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
Proven expertise in data integration, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory.
Experience in microservices, REST APIs, ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper), and real-time/batch processing.
Skilled in agile practices including TDD, BDD, and paired programming.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, including offshore or third-party partners.
A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Nice to have:
Microsoft certifications, Sitecore or mobile app development experience.
Exposure to modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
Background in high-volume, public-facing applications.
