IT Security Manager - EMEA (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to take the lead in strengthening our client's security operations across the EMEA region.

Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, you'll oversee a skilled team of in-house analysts, external consultants, and managed service providers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll collaborate with IT teams across multiple European sites and work closely with wider business units to drive a robust security culture.

What you'll do

Lead and develop the IT security team, including outsourced SOC/MDR/DFIR partners
Own and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 Type II, and NIS2
Deliver regular security updates to senior leadership
Oversee audits, risk assessments, penetration testing, and incident response
Manage access controls, identity management, and data protection
Lead Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) planning and testing
Run engaging IT security awareness training across the business

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Industry certifications: CISM, CISSP (or equivalent)
7+ years in IT security, incl. 3+ years in leadership/management
Strong knowledge of security frameworks & tools (XDR, MDR, EDR, SIEM, NAC, IDS/IPS, SASE)
Proven expertise in incident response, ISMS management, and risk governance
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
