Job Description:

Responsibilities and Impact:

The Digital Product Management Lead is an integral part of the Digital & Program Excellence team and the business owner of the CI Salesforce environment and related systems.
This position will be working within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives, in order to enhance the value of our internal digital platforms and related systems.
He/she will ensure that maximum business value is consistently reflected in our roadmap for all scrum teams that reflect prioritization based on the key business drivers of improving operational efficiency, increasing revenue and optimizing customer engagement.
They will provide leadership and guidance to all product owners.
Responsible for designing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal digital platforms at CI
Guiding product owners and scrum teams and lead CI digital product development
Align Commercial & Corporate strategies & prioritized projects to CI Digital platforms strategy and roadmap
Work and communicate with senior leadership on roadmap and project go-live
Develop, maintain and streamline the functional architecture of internal digital platforms
Innovate for maximum operational efficiency and customer 360 for CI teams

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach product owners. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
Strong problem solving skills with an innate curiosity and desire to question the status quo
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
