Job Title: Salesforce UAT Lead

Location: Coral Gables, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Description:

We are looking for a UAT Lead - Salesforce to drive and manage User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce projects. The role involves working closely with business users, QA teams, and developers to ensure Salesforce solutions meet requirements, are user-friendly, and ready for production.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage UAT cycles for Salesforce implementations.
Create UAT plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for test execution and sign-off.
Track, report, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
Collaborate with QA, developers, and project managers to align quality standards.

Requirements:

6-10 years in QA/UAT with 3+ years leading UAT.
Strong Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
Skilled in test management & defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
