Mandatory Certifications:

Certified Change Management Professional(r) (CCMP(r)) designation OR Prosci Change Management Certification

Work Scope & Objective of Assignment:

Responsible for all project change management activities, including but not limited to communications, training, developing the change management strategy and schedule and approach to end user adoption, and stakeholder analysis.
Supporting IT project teams to help them achieve their client satisfaction and benefits realization objectives.
Supporting the following IT projects:
Process improvements and related technology modernization of the Business Application Repository
Migration of data from DomDoc to SharePoint
Implementation of SalesForce Shield
GeoWare - Weigh Scale System Upgrade / Replacement
Grievance Tracking System implementation
Intelex Information Management tool implementation
SAP Post-implementation Hypercare
ServiceNow ITSM implementation
iPaaS - MuleSoft implementation
Microsoft Co-Pilot implementation and normalization
Council Chambers Technology Upgrade, Hyper and post implementation Change Management activities
Microsoft AI platform investigation and implementation
ServiceNow AI investigation and implementation
EAM/Maximo Phases 2 and 3 implementations
Public Works Capital Project Management tool implementation

Deliverables:

Change management strategy, plans and schedule
Champion involvement plans and support to senior leaders
Change readiness and impact assessments
Stakeholder identification and analysis
Communications plans
Training plans

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience leading change management on medium to large projects. Provide examples outlining where and how these skills and knowledge have been demonstrated.
Education in change management methodology. Provide examples outlining where and how these skills and knowledge have been demonstrated.
Experience working on IT projects. Provide examples outlining where and how these skills and knowledge have been demonstrated.
Experience working on agile projects and traditional projects. Provide examples outlining where and how these skills and knowledge have been demonstrated.

Nice to Have Skills & Knowledge:

University or college graduate in computer science, information management, business or related discipline. Provide examples outlining where and how these skills and knowledge have been demonstrated.
Project management educational background. Provide examples outlining where and how these skills and knowledge have been demonstrated.
