Senior Full Stack Engineer

PS65,000 - PS75,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid

We're working with a fast-growing, purpose-driven tech company in the climate space. Their products are used by leading global banks, insurers, and asset managers to understand and manage physical climate risk.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across backend and frontend systems to build high-performance tools and integrations. You'll collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams to deliver reliable APIs, intuitive UIs, and seamless workflows that enable clients to analyse large, complex datasets.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain APIs, services, and workflows (Python, TypeScript)
Design efficient database schemas (PostgreSQL/PostGIS)
Develop responsive interfaces and data visualisations (React/Next.js)
Collaborate with ML, engineering, and product teams on end-to-end solutions
Support system reliability, performance, and scalability

What we're looking for:

Strong experience with Python & TypeScript
REST API development & frontend-backend integration
Cloud (AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Exposure to React/Next.js and data visualisation tools
Bonus: experience with containerisation, observability, or distributed systems

Process: short intro call - technical & cultural interview - take-home task - follow-up technical interview.
