Type: Hybrid (In-person Interview Required)

Pay Rate: $80 - $85/hr

Job Description:

Human capital management (HCM) and payroll services provider ( Name Undisclosed ) is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join the team in Pasadena, CA. This role requires strong expertise in Angular (70%) and Java (30%) to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a local professional who can attend an in-person interview and work onsite 3 days per week in Pasadena.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full stack applications with a primary focus on Angular for front-end development and Java for backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize application features.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack to ensure smooth delivery of business solutions.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile development processes.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in Angular (versions 16 and above) with at least 4-5 years of experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Java/J2EE backend development.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service integration.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be local to Pasadena, CA and available for an in-person interview.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week in Pasadena, CA.
Only local candidates will be considered due to the in-person interview requirement.
