Location: Hybrid (Jersey City, NJ preferred) 4 days a week onsite

Rate: $60-$70 per hr (W2)...CAN'T SPONSOR H1B OR C2C

Overview

Join a high-impact Consulting project as a Senior Python Developer. You'll play a key role in building and optimizing enterprise-grade Python applications, contributing directly to a strategic financial services client initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
Collaborate with global teams (US, Canada, India) to align on requirements
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of existing codebases
Leverage Kubernetes and SQL to support infrastructure and data needs
Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and documentation as needed

Key Skills Required

Python (Advanced - 6+ years experience)
Kubernetes
SQL
Strong organizational skills and ability to work as an independent contributor
Effective communicator with strong client-facing presence

Nice To Have

Experience with Financial Services or Payments systems (SWIFT MT/MX)
Local to the NY Tristate area and able to work onsite ~4 days/week in Jersey City, NJ
