AI Engineer - London, UK - Up to PS150k base

Salary: PS100,000 - PS150,000 + Equity

Founding Engineer title available.

An AI startup focused on financial services, building configurable agents for front-line teams. Their tools handle complex data analysis and content generation. Designed to boost productivity and reduce costs.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions within the financial services domain.

About you

Over 7 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
Skilled in building AI/ML solutions tailored to financial services, with a solid track record working with financial datasets.
Proficient in Python and widely used ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Deep understanding of data engineering principles and industry best practices.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experienced in deploying solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Well-versed in Agile development environments.
Knowledgeable in the ethical implications and responsible use of AI/ML technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with deep learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience with MLOps and DevOps workflows.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

PS100-150k base salary + Equity
