We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a growing SaaS company that's digitising the world of field operations (think utilities, energy, infrastructure). They've got a platform with huge real-world impact - and serious traction with major industry players.

This role sits between product, engineering, and the customer - and you'll be the person figuring out how to connect all three. It's technical. It's hands-on. And it needs someone who's just as comfortable scoping an API integration as they are running a customer workshop.

What you'll be doing:

Running technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops
Leading integration projects (APIs, ERPs, scheduling tools, asset platforms)
Working closely with product + engineering to turn scoping into shipped solutions
Supporting pilots on the pre-sales side, and live delivery on the post-sales side
Getting stuck into config, not just talking about it - middleware, workflows, light scripting, etc.

What we're looking for:

You've probably been:

A software engineer who's moved into something more client-facing or...
A product manager who wants to get closer to delivery or...
A solutions consultant who's actually technical

Whatever your background - you've got:

Experience delivering SaaS integrations (API-led, middleware like Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.)
Confidence running customer-facing workshops
The ability to translate a business ask into a working product config
Hands-on familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and the rest
A bias for action - you're someone who just figures it out and makes it happen
