Our client is a major UK telecoms company known for industry-leading mobile and broadband services. They're hiring an Email & CRM Designer to join their digital team and help shape high-impact communications that reach millions of customers.

This is a unique opportunity for a versatile designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, and is passionate about customer-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design compelling, responsive email campaigns across multiple devices and platforms.
Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to bring lifecycle campaigns to life using tools like Braze and Salesforce.
Translate complex briefs into engaging visual experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
Apply design thinking to improve performance, optimise personalisation, and increase engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and data teams to develop customer-first experiences.
Use Figma and other design tools to develop layouts, templates, and campaign assets.

About You:

Demonstrated experience designing emails and CRM assets with strong visual and typographic skills.
Hands-on experience using Braze, Salesforce, or other email platforms.
Proficient in Figma and modern design software.
Experience designing for multi-channel, responsive digital campaigns.
Confident working in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail.
An understanding of data-driven design, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.
