Role: Lead DevOps Architect

Location: New Jersey, New York

Remote but only local

Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled DevOps Architect to lead platform reliability, automation, and CI/CD initiatives for Kubernetes-based infrastructure. This is a hands-on role working closely with SRE, development, and platform teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for fast, secure deployments.
Manage Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm for container orchestration.
Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Implement observability, diagnostics, and resiliency tools.
Support deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rollback).
Ensure compliance and security standards.

Required Skills:

10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Strong expertise in Jenkins, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm.
Scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy) and Git experience.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
Familiar with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and Agile workflows.
