My client a well-known bank is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver transformative projects. You'll play a key role in driving innovative solutions, and ensuring successful delivery that aligns with strategic goals.
Candidates with familiarity working in regulated environments and fraud or financial crime projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects and change initiatives using established methodologies.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans with clear communication.
Collaborate with sponsors to define scope, financials, and project plans.
Oversee disciplined change control processes to formalize updates.
Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, implementing adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and procedural standards.
Work with stakeholders and suppliers to design and prioritise requirements.
Take ownership of critical decisions, navigating complex demands during the project lifecycle.
Lead diverse teams across multiple locations and effectively manage external providers.Skills required:

Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Strong understanding of financial landscapes and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Exposure to both rapid deployment and traditional release methods.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including with third parties and external providers.
Strategic thinking and the resilience to challenge and innovate for the best outcomes.
