Job Responsilbities
Working to ensure that the broad range of IT services are delivered to the highest possible standard
Working alongside the leadership team to proactively manage the on-premise infrastructure.
Working alongside the leadership team to proactively manage the Cloud infrastructure.
To identify and proactively manage major Incidents and work with support teams to deliver a resolution quickly and efficiently, minimise impact, and ensure the speedy resumption of business operations and security of the business assets.
Provide Leadership of the infrastructure, end-user-computing, and application support teams
Building strong relationships with our colleagues across the business.
Reviewing our business engagement strategy to build an efficient framework for listening to the business.
Skills Required
Minimum 5 years' experience of having delivered ITIL-based IT services in a law firm or similar/professional environment. It is expected that the post-holder will have relevant ITIL qualifications.
Experience in delivering products and services, including proactive vendor management and negotiation.
Experience supporting; Win 10/11, O365, Win Server, AD, Hyper-V, Azure, Entra ID, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Powershell, SQL, Networking, SAN storage and Legal applications.
Hybrid working - 3 days onsite/2 days WFH.
